Before you start, create ambiance. Light some candles and put on your favorite music.

1. Double Cleanse

Remove Make Up with oil based cleanser. (You can skip this step if you are not wearing make-up). To thoroughly remove all make up, apply damp warm towel over your face until it starts to lose warmth, then gently use the towel in upward and outward motion. 2. Cleanse using a foam or cream based cleanser (Foam cleanser keeps pores cleaner. Cream cleansers are better for anyone with sensitized skin). Remove the cleanser using the same method as described in step one.

2. Exfoliate

(It helps remove excess oil and dead skin cells to prepare the skin for better penetration of ingredients in next steps). Remove the exfoliator using the same method as described in step one.

3. Apply Mask

Choose your face mask based on your current skin needs. Powder masks are great as you can easily customize them to tackle a specific skin concern). During masking you can hold a hot damp cloth in front of your face for some time as this helps to open the pores. Once the towel is not to hot apply it on to face, hold some time, then use it to remove the mask with the towel as described in step one.

4. Moisturize and Massage

To hydrate the skin. First apply serum then moisturizers. (I like to apply LAAVA Glow Face Oil as it glides well on the skin enabling me to give myself a wonderful face massage that boosts blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.
