Europe and International Delivery
All international packages ship via DHL Express, UPS or DPD. If DHL Express, UPS or DPD do not service your country, we are unable to ship to you through our website.
International orders ship with €15 flat rate.
You will usually receive your order in between 3-10 working days. Please be aware, this does not include any delays that may occur in customs.
In some countries, international orders may be subject to additional taxes on imported goods, which will increase the cost of delivery. If you need more information please contact your Customs Department.
Our shipping costs do not include any import taxes, fees, duties, or registration fees, and we shall not be responsible for such charges in any case.
PLEASE NOTE: Importation of cosmetics is prohibited in Spain unless you hold an import license issued by the Spanish Ministry of Health.
Packages within Estonia ship with Omniva and Itella.
Orders from Estonia ship free.
You will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 working days days of your order confirmation.

Remote Area Delivery
If you choose delivery to a remote area, you will probably have to incur extra expenses. In this case, we will contact you.

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
No returns or refunds will be issued due to delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.
